Tender description

The Department for Work and Pensions wishes to establish contracts with 2 separate suppliers to deliver Holistic Assessment services under the Access to Work Programme on a national basis. Services will be delivered throughout England, Wales and Scotland. The Assessments must take into account a customer's disability, explore relevant factors that may create workplace barriers and produce a report that identifies options with regard to overcoming them. This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. The procurement of Access to Work Holistic Assessment Services Contract falls under Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Regulations) (Health, Social and Related Services Category). This procurement is being conducted under the ‘light touch regime’ and therefore is subject to limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
