Tender description

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking to establish a Cross Whitehall Prosperity Framework Contract which can be accessed by other government departments. The FCO wishes to work with potential framework participants capable of providing complex high value overseas programme design, build, implementation and management support (or other services to be defined) across a potential range of themes i.e:- Anti Corruption, Better Health, Business Environment, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Innovation, Low Carbon, Smart Cities, Trade. The FCO wish to discuss the design, content, requirements and management of the framework with potential contractors at a Market Engagement event in mid November 2016, details of which will be made available to Suppliers that register on the FCO's eSourcing Procurement Portal (https://fco.bravosolution.co.uk). It is anticipated that the Cross Whitehall Prosperity Framework Contract will commence from April 2017. Overseas design, build, implementation and management of programme support (in addition to other services) in support of the Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund.
