Tender description

United Utilities are seeking to award Framework Agreements for the supply and delivery of MCCs (Lot 1) and Small Panels (Lot 2) to support key build projects throughout the AMP across United Utilities water and wastewater sites. The services to be tendered within each lot include the design, manufacture, delivery, configuration, testing, commissioning and documentation of MCCs and Small Panels. Both lots cover new builds only. Design, manufacture, delivery and installation of Motor Control Centres (MCCs) for incoming supplies greater than 630A. Successful bidders will be required to manufacture and deliver equipment types in line with the typical examples provided as part of this proposed Framework Agreement tender process. These include LV switchboards/MCCs, Form 4 MCCs, Form 2 MCCs, Form 2 Bulk Power Factor Correction panels and Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA) panels/sections. Design, manufacture, delivery and installation of non-fault rated MCCs (Small Panels) for incoming supplies up to and including 630A. Successful bidders will be required to manufacture and deliver equipment types in line with the typical examples provided as part of this tender process. Including Form 4 & Form 2 wall mounted/free standing panels, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA) panels, Form 2 Bulk Power Correction panels and mains/diesel generator changeover panels.
