Tender description

Following a review of Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC)’s current fleet of excavators, there is a requirement to add an additional excavator. EBC are specifically looking to purchase either Hitachi or Takeuchi machine. The brand is limited to only two makes due to having experience with ownership of various excavators, these two brands have been identified as the ones that meet the Councils requirements fully.
