Tender description

The construction of the new £9 million Holly Hill Leisure Centre and two junior football pitches on former Coldeast Hospital site have now been completed. The next phase of community benefits on the Coldeast site is the provision of a new bespoke children’s play area, multi-use games area, outdoor gym equipment and associated landscaping that will surrounding the new leisure and recreational improvements.
