Background information on the Council’s New Build Programme: Dacorum Borough Council over the last few years has embarked on an exciting Housing Development Programme, aiming to deliver at least 350 new homes over an eight year period. To date the programme has been very successful delivering a number of schemes which are now complete and housing Council tenants. We also have a number of sites currently in development. Brief description of the works: Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Clerk of Works to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) for the following sites: 1. Wood House, HP2 7DE – 79 units (planning reference: 4/03252/15/MFA) 2. Stationers Place, HP3 9RH – 31 units (planning reference: 4/03344/15/MFA) 3. Martindale, HP1 2QS – 65* units (planning reference: 4/01587/16/MFA) 4. Swing Gate Lane, HP1 2LJ – 12 units (planning reference: 4/01895/15/MFA) 5. Northend Garage Site, Hemel Hempstead – 4 units* 6.
