Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy Services are sought for a proposed development involving the construction of 66no. dwellings, consisting a mix of unit types including 1no. apartment type adapted for use as a community facility, within a brownfield site in Cork City. The service will involve the design of sub- structures, superstructures and all related site development works, and will include the provision of a Resident Engineer and all associated Building Regulations certification.
