Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) is seeking to commission consultancy services to support the OJEU tender processes, and author the Specifications for our; Asbestos Management Contract; and our Water Treatment and Maintenance Contract. In relation to both contracts, the Council is seeking a Consultant to provide: - Individual detailed specifications confirming conditions of the Contract, prelims, scope of works and pricing schedules; - Support in responding to clarifications during the tender processes; - Support in evaluating and moderating tender submissions; and - Support during award, mobilisation and integration; Keywords: Specification, Consultancy, Water, Asbestos
