Tender description

The Council have undertaken an evaluation of the options available through the G-Cloud framework and are procuring tf Cloud, an Asset and Facilities Management system. Tf Cloud will replace the Council's existing Facilities Management System and Asset Management systems. Tf cloud is a web based property asset management / facilities management (FM) system. Modules include property, plant, estate management, valuations & capital accounting (IFRS), projects, surveying including condition, asbestos, fire, DAA, help desk, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, risk assessments, suitability & sufficiency etc.
