Car park management services

Tender description

The contract is for the provision of fully controlled considerate car parking enforcement at the WMCA's (West Midlands Combined Authority) Rail and Metro Park and Ride locations throughout the West Midlands area. The contract also includes an Officer for controlled access to Sutton Coldfield Park and Ride to collect cash, issue parking receipts and manage the car park. The contract is for 3 years with options to extend, on an annual basis, for up to an additional 2 years. The successful contractor will be expected to supply and install appropriate signage at all Park and Ride locations. Initially the contract award will cover a minimum of 1000 hours with additional blocks of 200 hours called off as and when required. Highest and Lowest tendered figures given above in section II.1.7 are for the supply and installation of signage and the minimum 1000 hours.
