Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (LBS), host to an integrated insurance service with Epsom and Ewell, Surrey Heath and Reigate and Banstead Borough Councils is seeking tender bids from suitably qualified organisations with experience of carrying out reinstatement works within an insurance setting, including but not limited to, housing, education, listed buildings and a both listed/unlisted BSST. The London Borough of Sutton (LBS), host to an integrated insurance service with Epsom and Ewell, Surrey Heath and Reigate and Banstead Borough Councils is seeking tender bids from suitably qualified organisations with experience of carrying out reinstatement works within an insurance setting, including but not limited to, housing, education, listed buildings and a both listed/unlisted BSST. The contract will initially be for a period of three years commencing on 1.2.2017 with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, in 12-monthly intervals, at the discretion of the Council. Minimum requirements are applicable to this provision and represented as a pass/fail. Please be aware that should an organisation fail any fundamental requirements, the Authority shall not continue marking your tender bid.
