This framework agreement is for the provision of multifunctional devices and associated services.East Riding of Yorkshire Council as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a Framework Agreement for use by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Council. The Framework Agreement may also be accessed by the local authorities and public sector bodies identified at Appendix 1 in the tender document (and any future successors to these organisations) within the Yorkshire and Humber region only.These include: Local authorities; Town and Parish Councils; NHS bodies; Educational Establishments; the Emergency Services; Charities; Third Sector and Community Organisations; Housing authorities; NDPBS; National Park Authorities; Hospices; Citizens Advice Bureau; adult education centres; children’s centres; community centres; MOD establishments. This framework agreement comprises. The provision of multifunctional devices and associated services. Pricing offered under this Lot will be used to calculate the Price element of the evaluation. The optional provision of Print Management Software (PMS) to meet East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s requirements. This Lot shall be available to ERYC but will not be used to calculate a score for the Price element of the evaluation.
