This tender opportunity is now advertised under 'Worcestershire SkillsForWork Programme'. Worcestershire SkillsForWork is funded by European Social Fund (ESF), managed by Skills Funding Agency, to address poverty and social exclusion faced by the most disadvantaged people in Worcestershire to be delivered from December 2016 to March 2018. Worcestershire County Council (WCC) have successfully secured funding to deliver Worcestershire SkillsForWork programme to provide bespoke training and support to Adults who reside in Worcestershire and are aged 24-64, who are unemployed and those economically inactive and seeking a return to the labour market facing skills related barriers The County Council is seeking to appoint Service Providers to deliver bespoke support and training that engages adults who are disadvantaged and economically inactive with activity that progresses them towards employment, education, apprenticeship and traineeship. The Council is seeking to appoint service providers with funding available from the European Social Fund.
