The required Property Insurance Contract has been divided into the following 6 Lots: Lot 1 – Material Damage, Business Interruption, All Risks, Theft, Money, Computer and Plate Glass Lot 2 – Works in Progress Lot 3 – Terrorism Lot 4 – Fidelity Guarantee Lot 5 – Personal Accident Lot 6 – Museum Fine Art Please note there is also an Insurer Visit Day taking place on Thursday 27th October 2016. Tenderers are invited to view the following properties • Bolton Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton BL1 1RU • Bolton Library and Museum • Smithills Museum, Smithills Dean Rd, Bolton BL1 7NP Insurer Visit Day The co-ordinated visit day is in the morning of the Thursday 27th October 2016, 9am-1pm. The purpose of the visit is to enable information to be gathered for the underwriters.
