Tender description
Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest/Invitations to tender for the Minor Maintenance and Cleansing of Public Conveniences Contract. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an optional 2 year extension at the sole discretion of the Local Authority/Authorities. The contract will commence on 1.4.2017 terminating at 23:59 on 31.3.2022. Further information The contract will be tendered based on Regulation 27 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, ‘The Open procedure’. Swale Borough Council is tendering this opportunity in partnership with Maidstone Borough Council and the service will cover public conveniences in both Boroughs. The tender is in two Lots and combined bids are acceptable.
