Tender description
The Health and Social Care Act 2012 requires each local authority area to commission a local Healthwatch service, from 1.4.2013 onwards. The contractor will operate as an independent corporate body, legally registered with a Board of Directors, a constitution, and meet the relevant legal requirements. This tender is for 24 months with the possibility of a 24 months extension. All bids must be submitted via the Chest (https://procontract.due-north.com/) All documents are available through the Chest.
