Tender description

Re-roofing of of social housing units in the Dublin City Council functional area, generally four to five storeys high, varying roof types such as gullwing roofs, flat roofs and parapet roofs. Dublin City Council intends to establish a framework using the open procedure on eTenders to initially invite tenders for repairs to two specific gull wing roofs. The maximum duration of the framework will be two years subject to a performance review at the end of the first year. The value of the work is estimated at approximately €275,000 per year pending approval. Dublin City Council intends to admit five Contractors to the framework agreement. The basis for admission to the framework and award of the initial contract will at Beech Hill Villas will be Lowest Price only. The basis for the award of subsequent contracts after initial admission to the framework will also be Lowest Price only.
