Tender description

The University is running two concurrent Tenders; 16-02A the provision of Bus Leasing and 16-02B The Provision of a Management Vehicle Service, only one option will be successful. The University reserves the right to award the Contract to the most suitable option to the University. For 16-02A the requirement is for six double deck buses as detailed in section 2 of Schedule 1 Scope and Specification. A Single Provider is required for the requirements, subcontracting of finance arrangements is permitted as part of the contract; however this provision must be managed by the Service (vehicle) Provider directly. The University is to have no day to day direct dealing with the Leasing Company. There must be robust Contract Management Arrangements as part of this Contract. It is a prerequisite of the contract that a dedicated Account Manager/Key Contact is provided from the Service Provider. Provision of vehicle leasing and a maintenance and servicing Contract.
