Monitoring and Mentoring of Safe Pass Tutors

Tender description

To demonstrate to Safe Pass stakeholders that SOLAS is committed to implementing Monitoring/Mentoring programmes that provide for the maintenance of standards. To use results of Monitoring/Mentoring as a basis to: Enhance communications with SOLAS approved training providers and Safe Pass Stakeholders. Provide feedback to programme designers on matters relating to the delivery of programmes and assessment procedures. Facilitate the achievement of the aims of the Safe Pass Programme. Achieve a consistent approach to delivery and assessment methods that come within the scope of the SOLAS Safe Pass Programme. Identify any non-conformances, record and report in keeping with the required standards. The duration of the contract is two years and may be extended for another two years depending on demand.
