Tender description
An automated tangential flow filtration (TFF) system capable of performing fully automated concentration and diafiltration unit operations at pilot scale with data logging. The system should also be capable of utilising a variety of media formats including hollow fibre and flat sheet cassettes and controlled by UNICORN software. The automated TFF system is required to provide an automated pilot scale (~1/50th — 1/5th scales) concentration and diafiltration capability for use in the development, scale-up and optimisation of process Improvements. An important feature of the system would be the ability to monitor and data log the entire process operation to allow process mapping and evaluation. Supply Installation and commissioning.
