Tender description

The contract covers provision of Mechanical and Electrical engineering services to the following Council premises: Thorpe Lodge, 1 Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich, NR7 0DU; 1 Ramirez Road, Rackheath Industrial Estate, Norwich, NR13 6GD; 7 Carrowbreck House, Carrowbreck Road, Norwich, NR6 5FA. The services include maintenance for a range of plant and equipment to include boilers, cold water storage, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, air con, lifts, electrical, lighting and fire alarm systems. The required services include: 1) Planned preventative maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical plant equipment and systems as detailed in the Asset Register. 2) An emergency call out service. 3) Defects reporting and provision of budget estimates for corrective works. 4) Mechanical and electrical condition surveys. 5) Maintenance of the Asset Register of Mechanical and Electrical plant, equipment and systems.
