The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority is seeking to procure a managed support service solution on a 3 year contract with an option to extend the term for 2 further periods of up to 12 months each. The solution is to provide management and support for: — Telephony; — Servers — both physical and virtual; — Patching; — Server and desktop maintenance; — Monitoring of the ICT environment; — Desktop infrastructure i.e. screens, workstations, desk phones; — RDBMS; — Networking including internet connection; — Network architecture; — Firewalls; — Security; — Data centre; — Licensing of the server and desktop environment; and — Change management and other professional services.
