Tender description

NHS Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley CCG has appointed a Lead Provider to deliver Direct Access Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service across the DGS catchment area. The Lead Provider would be expected to work with the local health economy (primary and secondary care) to ensure seamless transition between care providers, where this is required. The service will provide a comprehensive, high-quality, evidence based provision that has a strong focus on the measurement of quality of provision from point of entry into the service, through to patient outcomes. The new service will be patient-centred; offering choice and easy access to locally delivered community-based clinics, which will provide a high-quality, efficient service in line with national guidance and local requirements. The Lead Provider will ensure that high-quality services are available throughout the CCG area.
