Tender description

The 2015 Strategic Defence and Security Review announced a 1 300 000 000 GBP cross-government Prosperity Fund to run over the next 5 years (2016/17 to 2020/21) to promote the economic reform and development needed for growth in partner countries. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), acting as part of the Crown, invites tenders from suitably qualified providers whose purpose will be to lead on the development and implementation of the Fund's monitoring and reporting systems. The successful Contractor will lead on the development and implementation of the Fund's monitoring and reporting systems. The key objectives are to: — Design and develop the Prosperity Fund's monitoring and reporting system, including the finalisation of core, Fund level indicators. — Support implementation of the Prosperity Fund's monitoring and reporting system. — Work with programmes to develop indicators and associated baselines that will be used to aggregate cross Fund work against the theory of change. — Conduct routine Fund level analysis and reporting of data generated through the monitoring and reporting system. — Conduct in-depth and tailored analysis of data generated through the monitoring and reporting system.
