Tender description

Externally commissioned research to evaluate past merger decisions with a particular focus on assessing entry and expansion. We have chosen to focus on merger clearances, and will use the evaluation to understand whether our approach to entry and expansion has been correct in the context of merger decisions at phase 1 and 2. The project’s final goal is to compile a report evaluating 8 merger decisions, and drawing lessons from these cases to address the themes identified in the project’s Statement of Requirements
