Why the Work is Being Done The Trust would like to appoint a supplier to redevelop the website and extranet including: technical project management; user research; content audit and migration; creative and interface design; content management implementation; functional integration; functional testing; deployment; managed hosting and support on an ongoing basis. Problem to Be Solved Replacement of the current website and extranet Content Management System (CMS) Who Are the Users As a user of the website, I would need to know about many things about the Trust, what services it provides and details about how and who I contact if I need to use any of its services and also where they are located and how I am able to contact them. Early Market Engagement N/A Work Already Done None Existing Team The Communications and IT teams Current Phase Discovery Work Location It is expected that the work will be undertaken from the supplier's site, however, the Trust will provide accommodation should this be required. Working Arrangments It is expected that the work will be undertaken from the supplier's site, however, the Trust will provide accommodation should this be required for clarifications and to meet the IT and Communication teams to verify data and get any additional information they might require. Please provide information on processes and systems you use to create responsive web design including any examples of recent responsive sites created Please briefly explain how you would gather user research data from users of a website you are building and how you analyse it and incorporate it into the final project. Please provide us with information on any experience you have creating open source content management systems, including details of the open source software used, including examples of recent sites created Please provide us with any accreditation or accredited training you hold regarding on your ability to implement design to the Accessible Information Standards W3C AA and Government good practice guidelines. Please provide details about your ability to manage hosting compliant with the IGSoC on the N3 and the support you provide on an ongoing basis Please explain your the experience in working with comparable organisation in particular any public sector organisation. Please provide 3 examples of your experience. Please detail your annual workforce planning process including any contingency plans you have to manage major workforce risks. Please provide details of your quality management processes including any policies you have in place showing that quality is always maintained in your delivery of the service. Please provide us with your policies and practices you use to manage relationships with external clients and provide details of your processes and safeguards when carrying out user research.
