Summary of the work East Sussex NHS Trust is looking to appoint an experienced supplier to redevelop its website and extranet on a 2 year contract. The budget estimated to be around £50k. Work will include among other things project management, content audit and migration CMS implementation,deployment and managed hosting and on-going support. Expected Contract Length 2 years Latest start date 31/01/2017 Budget Range Budget is up to £50k over a 2 year contract. Why the Work is Being Done The Trust would like to appoint a supplier to redevelop the website and extranet including: technical project management; user research; content audit and migration; creative and interface design; content management implementation; functional integration; functional testing; deployment; managed hosting and support on an ongoing basis. Problem to Be Solved Replacement of the current website and extranet Content Management System (CMS) Who Are the Users As a user of the website, I would need to know about many things about the Trust, what services it provides and details about how and who I contact if I need to use any of its services and also where they are located and how I am able to contact them. Can you please confirm that the total budget of £50k is intended to cover intranet redevelopment, extranet redevelopment plus two years' N3 hosting and support? Can you please also outline the expected level of support and anticipated N3 bandwidth you would need based on current levels? The total budget is up to £50k covering the full requirements of the project over a two year period as described in the offer. Can you please outline the volume of content and what outcomes you expect from the audit? Please provide sufficient information for us to judge the amount of work involved as there is little room for manoeuvre is the specific budget Again as in Question and Answer 1, please let us know if you would like to have the briefs sent to you. 3. The project appears to be for a point-of-information website which contains no confidential data - why is IGSoC required? We have done similar NHS websites recently which did not need this. Again as in Question and Answer 1, please let us know if you would like to have the briefs sent to you in order for you to have a clear understanding of our requirement. 5. The application contains questions such as "Please provide details of your experience in..." How are we to provide details in a form which contains only checklists? Please refer to answer 3 for this question. 6.
