Early engagement to discuss Business Travel (including hotel bookings) and Expenses solutions

Housing and Care 21 have a requirement to engage with suppliers who offer an online, fully managed service for business travel, accommodation and expenses claims. Our spend on Hotels and Travel is in excess of £500k per annum, therefore this project has recently been identified as one which could deliver a number of benefits to Housing and Care 21. The purpose of Early Market Engagement is to gain an insight into the solutions available and to encourage stakeholder buy-in from the outset with a view to tendering for our requirements in 2017. If you would like to attend a 90 minute timeslot in which to demonstrate your solution at our head office in Birmingham, please contact jasmin.keogh@housingandcare21.co.uk and a time/date will be agreed by email. Please note that attendance will be required within the first two weeks in November 2016. Housing and Care 21 reserve the right to limit the number of Economic Operators invited to participate in this exercise.
