Development and delivery of an open workspace and business incubator facility in the Beddington Industrial Area

London Borough of Sutton (LBS) wishes to appoint a multidisciplinary design and delivery team (or consortium) to establish an exciting new open workspace. It is envisaged the centre, which will be located in Beddington, will provide light-industrial and ‘making’ workspace opportunities for start-up/SME businesses in the Beddington area and beyond. The council are procuring services to firstly establish the feasibility of the project, through visioning, concept design, market research, and working with the council to the preferred operational model for the workspace. The appointed team will also progress the project through Planning. Assuming Planning Consent and a satisfactory business plan, the appointed team will progress through the detailed design stages, construction management and support the transition to operational workspace.
