Tender description

The City Council is seeking to appoint consultants to produce robust evidence to demonstrate that the emerging Liverpool Local Plan is deliverable. Therefore, the Council is seeking consultants to provide an up-to-date Infrastructure Delivery Programme to support the new Local Plan which will also provide a robust evidence base to justify the implementation of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), should the City Council decide to progress with the CIL. The successful consultants will demonstrate to the City Council that their work will be undertaken in a way which meets the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
