Liverpool City Council is currently investigating the feasibility of creating a new park, potentially with complementary built development, within a disused railway cutting adjacent to Kirkdale Station on the Merseyrail Northern Line. To inform this process we require the preparation of baseline evidence on topography, contamination and ground stability for which your proposal including methodology and price quotation is now invited.
