E20 LLP wishes to procure a Contractor to operate and maintain the relocatable seating for a period of 5 years, within the Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. E20 Stadium LLP (the Contracting Authority) wishes to procure a Contractor to operate and maintain the relocatable seating with the Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for a period of 5 years. This includes the requirement to transition the seating between ‘athletics’, ‘concert’ and ‘pitch’ modes, including the potential for further bespoke seating arrangement transitions as required. Organisations interested in tendering for these works should in the first instance contact davidkenna@londonlegacy.co.uk who will then provide access to the online procurement portal which contains the non confidential tender documentation. Confidential tender documentation will be released once the Supplier Confidentiality Agreement has been signed and returned through the procurement portal. This process is described in section 4.4 of Volume 0 Instructions for Tenderers.
