Provision of up to 400 temporary toilets for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Notting Hill Carnivals, one of Europe's largest street festivals. A mixture of units will be required including those for the use of the disabled. Units need to be positioned in their assigned places and removed according to the detailed instructions issued by the Authority.
