Charville Childrens Centre Flat Roof and Other Refurbishment

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (hereinafter referred to as LBH or the council) wish to carry out flat roof covering replacement and internal repairs to bathroom, shower rooms, kitchen and internal communal areas, the internal works include fire door replacement to the main kitchen, electrical fan replacement to three rooms, floor coverings redesign to shower room and remedial decoration to areas affected by leaks. The building is a children's residential centre and offices. As this will be used as a workplace the design and works will need to take account of the workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The start date January 2017 - Minimum time to be allowed between appointment of the principal contractor and instruction to commence work on site 12 weeks.
