Tender description
TII headquarters is based in three office blocks in Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, Block’s A, B and C. TII have an additional facility, the System Test Room building (STR) at the Red Cow, Naas Road, Dublin 22 TII wish to obtain a service and maintenance contract for the air conditioning systems and equipment in Parkgate Street & at the Red Cow office. An Air Conditioning Contractor is required to provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance (‘PPM’) and Reactive Service Contract for the three office buildings at Parkgate Street Business Centre and at our System Test Room building (STR) at the Red Cow.
