Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to invite tenders for the strengthening of the above retaining wall. Woolley Lane Retaining Wall (TMBC No. 715) is located on the north side of Woolley Lane A57 in Hollingworth,Tameside (Grid Reference SK 0083895792). The wall is aligned from east to west and supports Woolley Lane A57 carriageway as well as a pedestrian footway. The lower side of the wall is a combination of public green area and private residential land.
