Tender description
The project brief is to remodel 5 sheltered scheme bungalows in Tudor Road, Welwyn, to a Lifetime Homes standard, including any necessary asbestos remedial work. The properties are currently tenanted and arrangements will be made to decant the tenants for the duration of the work.
