Waverley Borough Council wishes to appoint a consultant to: Produce a new Leisure Facilities Strategy to replace the previous Leisure Facilities Strategy adopted by the Council in 1995. The overall purpose of this document is to ensure that roust leisure planning is in place at borough level, to help ensure that facility needs of local people are met both now and in the future.
