Tender description
Transport for the North (TfN) requires the procurement of a supported Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to deliver its financial, procurement, and HR back office functions. To facilitate this procurement, the Sheffield City Region Combined Authority (SCR) – acting as the financial accountable body for the TfN partnership – is seeking to appoint on a consultancy basis an ERP advisor to support TfN in defining its requirements, developing a tender, analysing and evaluating bids, and supporting evidence based decision making by an ERP steering group.
