To help achieve this, the Council is seeking compliant tenders for construction works for provision of the proposed community facility in Beggarwood Park, Beggarwood, Basingstoke The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process: Dispatch of ITT: Monday 17 Oct 16 Questions & Answers: Monday 17 Oct – Wednesday 9 Nov 16 Return of Tender: Wednesday 16 Nov 16, 16:00:00 Evaluation of Tender: Thursday 17 Nov 16 – Thursday 1 Dec 16 Interviews : Thursday 8 Dec 16 – Friday 9 Dec 16 Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Thursday 15 Dec 16 Commencement of Mobilisation Period: Monday 19 Dec 16 Commencement of Work on Site* : Monday 6 Feb 17 Completion of Site works & Handover*: Friday 1 Sept 17 Note*: Dates to be confirmed with successful Tenderer. The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable. Please note expressions of interest must be registered before 15:00:00 Wednesday 16th November 2016.
