Tender description

The Authority is seeking to contract with a partner organisation to undertake a phased replacement and future management of its current telephone systems with an IP Telephony/Unified Communications Solution and associated handsets. The scope of this will include the detailed design, supply, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, support and management of the solution. The selected organisation will be required to work with the Authority for an Initial Deployment of UC solution followed by the migration of the complete voice system currently serving approximately 8 000 users. The solution will be required to integrate and inter operate into the Authority's infrastructure environment. The programme will commence in 2017 with anticipated completion by end of 2017. Tenderers may be invited to submit bids for the IP Telephony and Unified Communications requirements.
