Tender description

The University are seeking to appoint an independent consultancy provider to advise and support the development of Telephony services and produce a strategy. It is the intention to appoint an independent consultancy provider to develop a new Telephony Strategy which will be adaptable and flexible for the next 10-20 years. It is anticipated that the appointed consultant will act for the University over a period of 3-5 years to regularly update and maintain the Telephony Strategy. In addition the provider is likely to be responsible for delivering elements of any proposed works as a project manager, arranging maintenance contracts and installations. Providers will have to demonstrate that they can give unbiased advice which provides best value for the University and not necessarily promote their own products and services.
