Tender description

This PIN is being issued by the Education Funding Agency (‘EFA’) on behalf of the Department for Education (‘DfE’) to notify the market regarding the upcoming procurement of Technical Advisory and Project Management services for Wave 12 Free Schools. The EFA is conducting an OJEU procurement (using the open procedure) to appoint suppliers to support the delivery of the Free Schools programme. This will include Project Management services on a national basis and Technical Advisory services split into 2 regions, North and South. It is anticipated that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be published at the end of October. To appoint up to 8 suppliers to provide Technical Advisory services to the North of England. To appoint up to 10 suppliers to provide Technical Advisory services to the South of England. To appoint up to 10 suppliers to provide Project Management Services on a National basis to support the delivery of the Free Schools Programme.
