Hampshire County Council Children's Services Department are seeking providers to provide skilled family intervention key workers to support identified families, develop and co-ordinate plans and provide evidence informed interventions to achieve key aims of the National Troubled Families Programme. The Hampshire Troubled Families Intensive Support Service Model will commence on 1.4.2017 and will operate for 3 years with no option to extend further. The Hampshire Troubled Families Intensive Support Service Model has an overall maximum total lifetime spend of 2 512 000 GBP. The maximum price available for Troubled Families Intensive Support per family is 2 400 GBP with an additional reward payment of 800 GBP available subject to demonstrating successful outcomes. The service requirements are being tendered as 1 distinct Lot areas within Hampshire. Hampshire County Council are seeking a maximum of 5 providers to support an overall number of 145 families across the 3-year contract period. Hampshire County Council are seeking to award to a maximum of 2 providers to support an overall number of 21 families across the 3-year contract period. Hampshire County Council are seeking to award to a maximum of 4 providers to support an overall number of 67 families across the 3-year contract period. Hampshire County Council are seeking to award to a maximum of 3 providers to support an overall number of 25 families across the 3-year contract period.
