ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE DELIVERY OF: Provision of Welfare Benefits, Housing, Employment & Debt Advice The London Borough of Newham (LBN) is seeking and independent organisation to provide comprehensive welfare benefit, housing, employment and debt advice to London Borough of Newham residents with a focus on resolving issues that may discourage an individual from entering employment. The contract is to be delivered between 1st January 2017 till 30th December 2018 with the possibility of up to a year’s extension. Advice is to be provided from Workplace based at Stratford E15 (Boardman House) and Workplace – Westfield E20.
