North Essex Garden Communities Concept Frameworks

Tender description

Colchester, Braintree and Tendring Councils together with Essex County Councils need to produce three ‘Concept Frameworks’ in relation to three separate Garden Communities that are being proposed as part of emerging Local Plans across North Essex. These Concept Frameworks (one for each site) will build upon existing evidence and will inform the preparation of spatial conceptual design options for each of the three Garden Community sites. The Councils wishes to select a Consultant to provide Services to meet the requirements for the procurement as set out in 2.2 and otherwise fulfill the requirements of the contract entered into by the Councils with the successful Bidder(s) as a Call Off Agreement (as provided for in the HCA Consultant Technical Panel Framework Agreement and which is also referred to as a “Contract” in this Invitation).
