Summary of the work The Security Industry Authority has recently deployed a modified Microsoft Dynamics 2013 CRM system.The system is primarily used to process applications for licences required by individuals under the Private Security Industry Act of 2001. The SIA has aspirations to further develop this system to support its enforcement operations. Specialist role Performance analyst Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date As soon as possible Maximum Day Rate Max £600 exclusive of VAT Who Speclialist Work With Individual will work with colleagues in operations, ICT and change implementation and will require to: •Establish and refine management information to inform operational decisions and ensure comprehensive understanding of the workflows •Analyse issues encountered with the system to enable us to establish the root cause of problems and take appropriate action to resolve those problems (incident management, defect or change request) •Collaborate with colleagues in drafting change requests and incident reports for resolution by the supplier •Work with business analysts to identify where process changes may be required •Support colleagues in developing expertise in creating and running enquiries and reports What Specialists Work On •Data analysis skills, manipulating data extracted from the system to provide insight and trends analysis (Excel, SQL etc) •Significant experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application •A capability to clearly articulate findings to business users through the provision of analysis output •Experience of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), drafting reports and structuring query •Experience of data models, drafting and articulating data architecture in a system •Experience of working on CRM implementation projects, especially through go-live and transition. •Experience of working with external suppliers and in a live operational environment.
