Tender description
The works are for improvements to the existing Mead Lane sewage treatment works located at 1-4 Mead Lane, Gussage All Saints, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 5HG. NGR 400136, 110316 The main items of work consist the following: • Replace 3no. dip pipes in ductile iron. • Re-render walls to tanks where required. • Replace existing soakaway with new 2.7m diameter precast concrete ring soakaway. • Replace distribution apparatus. • Fix information sign with emergency contact details to new cover slab. • Replace RC cover slab to septic tank. • Fit secure one man lift covers to inlet manhole, septic tank and filter bed.
