MARKET ENGAGEMENT - SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH COMPLEX LIVES

Tender description

Plymouth City Council and NEW Devon Clinical Commissioning Group are now in a position to set out their commissioning intentions for support services for adults with complex needs (one or more need around homelessness, mental health, offending, substance misuse and domestic abuse), described in the attached commissioning plan. In order to facilitate a whole system approach all contracts in scope have been aligned across Plymouth City Council and NEW Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The procurement process is due to commence in January 2017 to remodel single homelessness, substance misuse, offending and domestic abuse services, for a new contract to be in place for April 2018. Alongside this a Strategic Commissioning Framework for mental health will be developed in alignment. To further test and refine the proposed model we are looking to consult with the market to inform the service specification.
