Appointment of a Consultant to Develop a detailed Parking Strategy for Cheltenham Borough Council. Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) has identified a need to comprehensively review its strategic approach to parking provision within the borough of Cheltenham, in order to optimise support for the local economy, whilst at the same time supporting the use of more sustainable transport modes and retaining or increasing current income levels. CBC now requires the services of a Consultancy who, using their expertise and knowledge of transport policy and best practice elsewhere, will carry out a study and prepare a detailed parking strategy for use by CBC, for their parking estate, across the Borough.
